Not to rain on the water flow parade, but BTA's are more of a reef anemone than others. They can be found in lower depths, which may have unidirectional flow, but they do not thrive as much as BTA's located in the upper, high light intensity, alternating flow, reefs.

The key to keeping anemones is feeding. I've had my LTA for going on five years now. I fed it a krill or two once a week for four of those years.

About six months ago I tripled the feedings, just to see what happened. I got three times the anemone! I'm talking size, expansion, in overall appearance it became a whole new animal! I should probably cut back before it takes over the tank!

All my other parameters are as suggested in Wilkerson's book.

Plankton123, Just saw your tank, that is so funny. I cant beleave how big that Bubble tip is, he dwarfs the rest of the tank. Nice colouration, bet its tough to decide if your going to keep it or not, but then again where would it go, not to mention how do you get it out.
