I've ordered aquarium books from amazon and when they say 4-6 weeks, forget it. They have no idea when its coming, and eventually they give up and ask you to cancel the order. You're better off ordering it from someplace like Premium Aquatics, since they have much better prices anyway.
If it was out it would have been at Macna, and it wasn't. His sharks and rays was there, however.
