I'll be ordering from them for my 3rd time this month. The hermits (if you got any) are somewhat small. That's my only complaint. No DOAs as of yet. They do a great job packing! Best place for fish and inverts IMO

Well, after spending all weekend perusing mail order sites, I decided to order my critter package from Etropicals.com, thanks to advice from you guys. I was very nervous about ordering, it's been a long time since I ordered any livestock via mail services. I sprung for the create your own reef package (which I think is the BEST idea I've seen in a long time), and also added in a bubble anemone and a piece of medium ricordia rock (which I sure hope looks like the pieces they pictured). Wish me luck...I'll keep you guys posted on how the order turns out. If they do a good job, I'll be coming back for more
