I just recently moved from Charleston. The best LFS in town is Tideline Aquatics, which is located in North Charleston. Their live rock sucks but they generally have a nice coral and fish selection. The best thing is the condition of the tanks and livestock. Very clean and very healthy. You don't see any dead or diseased fish or corals languishing under NO bulbs.

My second favorite is Age of Aquariums in Charleston. They have the best live rock in town and a really nice curing tank in the store under metal halides. Their coral prices are a little cheaper too, I have gotten a few really good deals there. Sometimes their tank cleanliness and specimen health can be a little hit and miss though.

Good luck!
