Got an abundance of macro in my 90 reef. What can I put in the tank that'll eat this stuff. I really want to keep it strictly a reef tank but I realize that I may have to put a tang in to eat it up. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

Oh, sorry, I'm still waiting for mine to get to that point - or anywhere near it.

I think it depends on the type of macroalgae you have. Also, if it's so prolific in your tank, a messy eater like a fish, urchin or crab would most likely result in a bunch of small pieces being spread out through your tank and creating a bigger nuisance. I would prune prune prune and make sure your nutrients are depleted before attempting to control your macros with a macro eater. Otherwise, tangs will do a great job if you don't have an overabundance of rapidly spreading macros.
