Most people recommend the Ebo-Jager, but they can be a bit pricey and hard to find locally.
We've been selling the Hagen Tronic for about two years now and have been very happy with them. They have an electronic control circuit that does not have any contacts to weld shut. We've yet to have one returned.
I have had several Ebo's fail on me. I have since switched to the Won Pro titanium heaters. No glass to break and a very accurate remote thermostat. No more reaching in the water to set the temp.
I have used the Won Heaters for about a year. They are titanium and unbreakable. They also have the temp control on the plug, so to adjust you don't have to fiddle with it in the tank.

Im using a hagen tronic on my 37 gallon and am happy with it. Its my first submersible heater after 20 years of fish and 5 years of salt. I have hagan powerheads that have run non-stop for 7-8 years so Im pretty sure of this companies quality.

I used a 50W Ebo-Jager for a short while for my nano, but I pulled it out and replaced it with a smaller 50W Visi-therm. The reason is I wanter a smaller heater was so it would fit in the filter box. The Ebo Jager is a great heater, but I'm finding that the Visi-therm holds temp within 1 degree (I keep the temp 81-82). The Ebo Jager held the temp within 2 degrees. It's probably because I have the Visi-therm in a higher flow area.
