If you are asking about pyramidellidae snails, parasitic snails on clams, they look like small white grains of rice. You will see them under the clam and just around the rim. Look also for jelly like clear egg masses on the base of the clam. There is a picture in Vol 1 of The Reef Aquarium, page 305
