The organisms you describe are likely just hitch hikers that came in with your live rock. They don't sound very threatening so I'd just leave them be. What sort of set-up are you planning? Community tank, reef, aggressive? This will be a heavy determinant with regards to what you can place in the tank. Any ideas?

HELLO MY 65 GAL TANK IS UP AND RUNNING FOR 7 WEEKS 70 LB LIVE ROCK SO FAR THE LEVELS ARE GOOD IM WONDERING WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST FISH TO START OFF WITH ?ALSO SNAILS OR?? --BUT ALSO THERE IS A WHITE THING ABOUT 1/2 INCH LONG AND ABOUT 1/8 INCH IN DIAMETER WITH TWO HORNS IT LOOKS LIKE A SNAIL WITH NO SHELL?? AND ALSO A WHITE THING ON THE GLASS THAT IS THE SIZE OF A TICK AND SHAPED LIKE A SMALL HORSE SHOE CRAB --IS THIS GOOD OR BAD SHOULD I TRY AND GET THEM OUT OF THE TANK BEFORE I PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN--THANKS

THE TANK IS A65 GALLON 70 LB LIVE ROCK WET DRY FILTER BIO BALL-LIGHTS ARE VHO WITH A BLUE DUSK DAWN LIGHT- PRIZM SKIMMER===REEF TANK I THINK THE FIST FISH I WILL GET WILL BE A GOBIE AND A CLOWN AND A FEW TURBO SNAILS THERE ARE NEW THINGS SHOWING UP EVERY DAY FROM THE LIVE ROCK --THE WHITE THING THAT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS HORNS HAS ME CONCERNED I READ SOMEWERE THAT SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE THAT FEEDS OFF SPONGE AND IF IT DIES GIVES OF TOXINS ??

Start Slow and with a few fish at a time your choices are fine save for the Goby. I would stick with fish that do not need to be in an established aquarium and as jwtrajan44 said. Decide what style of tank you want.
The horned critter needs a little more description or even better a close up using a digital camera with the Macro settine and white balace set to outdoors USE the FLASH

after much detective work it looks like the white thing is a nudibranch /sea slug from what ive read they are not good for the tank if they die they give off toxins ?? should i remove it from the tank??any thoughts ??thanks again-- cant wait to get some fish
