Which is the best?

I'm looking to buy a new circulation pump for my 90 gallon sps reef. The tank currently has about 1200 gph of flow from powerheads. What size/brand pump would be the best for this and what would the approximate cost be? Would a sea swirl also be a good investment and would 1 sea swirl and pump be enough for my tank as long as the powerheads were still being used?

1. What size sump do you have, and will this pump be in or out of sump?
2. Do you want 1200 GPH from the pump?

I don't have a sump, so the pump would have to be outside of it. I don't know how many gph for the pump, but I was thinking maybe around 1000, but I'm not sure.

Are you looking at a closed loop?
