hi,

one by one my snails disappear...and the only thing left are empty shells...

today i came in just to find my cleaner shrimp eating a snail !

anyone else dealing with that ?

Most likely the snail is weak or has already died before reef organisms, including any kind of shrimp, feasting on it.

i agree with dan. snails are fairly strong and are able to retract within their shells when they feel threatenend. and if they have an operculum, that protects their soft bodies at the opening. if your shrimp is eating it, chances are it's dead - or near death.
