Amp Master Vs. Dolphin 3600

The flow Vs. Head pressure graphs on the dolphinpumps web page shows the Ampmaster 3000 moving more water at 8ft and above. Does this seem accurate? Apparently they both use the same motor, so why would the 3000 out-perform the 3600 under pressure.

I need to buy a pump very soon. I can get a new 3600 from a friend for pretty cheap, but if the Amp master will move more water than I need to go find a good price on that one.

I couldn't figure that out either. Only thing I know is that the amp master is the most efficient Dolphin pump so thats what I chose.

The design of the impeller and pump casing will determine the flow vs head capabilities of 2 pumps when the motors are the same horsepower and RPM.
