this is in my new nano reef....very small...look like gerbil food..tank only has rock, snails, and crabs right now....

any help would be appreciated...

no seriously tho, how big is it in relation to your snails and hermits, size wise, does it look like it could of came out their a$$?

sometimes snails and hermits leave behind a pile of waste like that.

it is a possibility.
