I am in search of experience (or opinions) about keeping a Royal Gramma in the same tank as 1-4 Chalk Bass.

For reference, the tank is 100g (60"Lx18"Wx20"H) FOWLR with 90-100lbs LR, 2-4" sloping DSB, TurboFlotor skimmer, and 220w PC lighting. The tank has been up for approximately 8 mos.

Current tank inhabitants are 1 BTA, 1 Beaded Anemone, 1 Six-Line Wrasse, 1 Yellow Tang, 1 Green Serpent Star, 2 Brittle Stars, 10 Turbo Snails, 25 red/scarlet leg hermits.

1-3 mos after the RG and chalk bass I also plan to add 2-4 feather dusters and a coral banded shrimp followed by a flame angel and possibly an anthia to complete my stocking.

Thanks in advance for your help.

don't think you'll have any problem-especially in a nice size tank like that!

grammas are fairly peaceful, and so are the chalks,ime-a 100 gal should more than provide enough territory to eliminate any (unlikely) territory issues.
:)
