I've had this bubble anemone for about 1 1/2 years and it split in 1/2 (had a baby). What should i do? They are right next to each other, should I sepperate them? Is the mother going to harm the baby? Its about 1/3'rd the size of the mother. I have a maroon clown thats giving them both some love.

They will not harm each other. You can remove one if you like.
If you feed them more, they will divide much quicker than every 18 months.

When an anemone splits, both carries the same chemistry signal. This is different from anemones of different origins and each carries different chemistry scent.

Leave both alone, If the space is crowded, one of them will move farther on their own. Prying anemone from rock will often injure them.
