Mostly clown fish, tangs, and angel fish. Later down the line, I might make it into a fish/coral tank.

I was looking at a set that includes the canopy, stand, and a tankw ith a built in wet/dry filtering system on teh corner.

if a future reef is what you have envisioned then skip the bioball thing.

spend the cash saved on aragonite sand and some live rock. also don't buy something weird in shape, it will be difficult to house lights on later when you go reef.

how big?

For that size, skip the tang idea. and stick with pygmy angels.

If you really really really really really really like to have tang, jump up to 200G range.

i of course have no idea what you plan on spending, nor do i need to, but it is often that that size range is seen in the used market. i would be scanning the local papers and websites, sometimes amazing deals include all you need to go reef from the get go.

i have a friend who bought a 125g plexi. w/skimmer, chiller, 3- 175 MH, 4 vho, stand, sump and canopy for $250. (divorce sale)

you won't likely find that but who knows.
