Hi Everyone,
I have a question about PC lighting. I recently had 2 55W Coralife 6000K 50/50 bulbs in my tank. Everything was doing fine (corals, algae, inverts etc). I came home the other day and one burnt out. So I decided to replace them with the Custom Sea Life 10000K 50/50 bulbs. The ony thing is that I don't like the amount of blue that is in the tank now. Is this really that much of a better light? My corals do not seem to open up with it on. Is it going to work better for me in the long run. I would rather have what is best for the fish and corals in my reef than what I think looks good. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

hi.
Is it possible that by replacing both lamp at the same time, the inverts were not able to adjust to the new lamps immediately? You may want to put one of the old working bulb back and see if they are more comfortable with that instead.... good luck.
