Other than MH pendants, what kind of MH lighting options would I have for a 5-foot tank? It's one of the old Oceanic 110 gallon tanks. I'm moving my triggerfish to a 180 gallon and converting the 110 gallon in the living room to a reef.

Also, any suggestions for my 75 gallon reef in my office once I move it's contents to the 110 gallon would be appreciated. I was thinking something different than a reef or common fish-only...

Thanks in advance.

Peace,

Chip

Without center-brace go for 3 halides. However, if you have a center-brace (like me) two halides mounted perpendicular is best. Currently, using 250 ABs driven my icecap eballast.

Thanks.

Scott, your tank looks great!!!! I really like Montis as well.

Questions: your site says you are using 3x175 10K, above you mention 2x250. Did you switch? What caused the switch? If you went to the bigger bulbs, di you have to be more careful in placing the montis to ensure that they don't get burned?

Thx!
