my wife accidentally bought me a few packs of frozen krill cubes instead of the brine or mysis shrimp... may sound like a dumb question but can i feed my tank the krill? i have 2 percs, 2 anthias, a maroon clown, 2 fire fish, a bottlenose butterfly, a yellow tang, a couple gobies and assorted shrimp/crabs...

Yes, sure you can, just make sure you rip them up into small pieces. Most fish in your tank can't swallow krills whole. Anything meaty is good for your fish, variety is good.

I agree with Dan. Just feed it along with something else. If the fish snub it, the scavangers will have Thanksgiving Dinner!

I feed frozen krill to my fish. Krill is rich in astaxanthin: a pigment that fish can't synthesize. It helps keep red/orange fish more vibrantly colored.
