Anyone know the best overflow box to buy?

I was looking at the CPR continuous Siphon model but I heard some bad things about them. Now I'm looking at the Marineland SOS. Is this OK? Can anyone tell me what Continuos Siphon mean? Does it mean that I won't have to worry about the siphon breaking as long as there's adequate water in the tank and the sump?

Do a search on the CPRs, and you'll find my post about repeated flooding. The only problem I have ever had since I switched to LifeReef was my own fault- The sponge got clogged with junk while I was cleaning the tank, and didn't allow full flow through the tube.
