Chip:
I am going through a bit of a fish nightmare that all started out with cloudy eyes- on my Majestic Angel.
Moved my Angels into a larger new tank recently- things were fine for a month.
Cloudy eyes, lack of color, I had to do something. So the Majestic, a coral beauty, and a singapore went into a hospital tank.
Treated with myracin for the first 3 days, lost the Majestic.

Switched to Coppersafe, and the other angels are doing better now.
I also have a Naso in the tank, with slight cloundyness to the eyes. I hope it will just get over it.
Overall, I would say that the decline will continue without treatment. A prudent course might be hospital tank with both a coppersafe like product and an antibiotic together- they can and probably should be used together- as I am just figuring out.
Otherwise, good luck.
