Just run some hose from the barb to any sort of bucket, so it will gravity feed from the collection cup.
If you are very lazy and don't intend to look in the bucket for months at a time, make sure the end of the hose is lower then the rim of the bucket and pointing downward. When the waste level reaches the hose, it will tend to slow the flow of air, thereby preventing your skimmer from pumping out more foam and overflowing your bucket.
