Spinefoots are also commonly referred to as Rabbitfish.
Siganus corallinus is a hardy fish provided you provide it ample grazing surfaces and swimming area. There's really nothing else special to suggest in terms of care. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask. Be wary of their front dorsals, as they are mildly venomous. And be aware they get big (about a foot).
Thanks for the info, Leonard. Just wanted to know if there were any little quirks I should know about that might not be in the liturature. Sounds like it should be a pretty nice little fish.
You will love it if you get it. It does need alot of swimming room. I have had mine for about 2 years now. He is in a 65 gallon. It is about 10 to 12 inches now. It was about 4-5 inches when I got him/her. It can get startled & dart to a hiding spot so give it plenty of swimming space. The tank for mine is mostly empty. They love to eat too.
