Chillers & Noise Levels?

I'm looking for info on people's experience on noise levels of various 1/4hp in-line chillers. I have a new 1/5hp Aquanetics Slimline that is extremely loud and not quite powerful enough for my system -- on to often for to long and working to hard to keep the temp down. When the chiller is on the sound is so overpowering that it is hard to talk or hear the tv, etc. Are all chillers this loud? Anyone know how it compares to the Custom SeaLife PowerCooler, Aqua Logic DeltaStar, etc.

My Aqualogic 1/4 hp delta star is considerability to be noisey, luckily I plumbed it throught my wall and its sitting outside.

My tank is in my living room and I have a Custom Sea Life 1/4 hp chiller. It makes an audible noise but it is not too loud or objectionable (just a fan noise). On the other hand, lately (it is about a year old) it seems that it may have gotten a little louder with age; not sure yet if it is just my imagination or not.
