4 stage or 5 stage ro/di

I'm definately going to get one or the other with the "Powerbuy". I just can't decide on the four or five stage. I don't think my tap water has high silicates. Are there any other advantage to having two DI chambers, rather than just changing the one when it is spent?

Depends on what your willing to spend. Four stage may be just fine then for your situation. Do you know what your water pressure is? TDS reading (basically dissolved junk)? Where do you live? Are your currently filtering your house water and/or softening it?

Figures, this powerbuy happened after I bought mine LOL.

IMO, 4 stage is plenty. If you have extra money to burn a 5 stage is nice to have.

You can always add another stage if you really need it later.
