Finally got around to taking some pics. These are from my 60 gallon tank with pc lighting. Many of these started as local reef group exchanged frags from here in the Kansas City area!!!

The colors are actually better than these pictures show (for example the green hammer is really green). I need to take the pics from a higher angle to get the color.

Enjoy!!! (hopefully)

Looks pretty good from the side. Does that Power sweep still "sweep"?

ok, i don't think i can tank it...looking at pics like this, MAN do i wish i could afford to pull out just one of my tanks and set it up again.

that looks awesome! (this from the lady who gets to look at the 5K reef at lbaop anytime she wants.) <sigh>

<reminds herself, you can't afford it, and your back can't take it..>

just like ROP scuba class...oh MAN.

hey, how "big" is k.c.? i have a friend out there by the name of kessler, says he has a friend who owns a pretty nice shop (according to him, LOULE!).

No, the Power Sweep does NOT still "sweep"!!!! Same as the others. I removed the sweeping mechanism and it makes a very nice powerhead!

K.C. is a pretty large metro area. There are about 7-8 stores in town that sell saltwater. About 5 of them are primarily saltwater/reef. There are two new stores that cater particularly well to the reef enthusiast and were started by local reef club members that were tired of dealing with general "pet stores".

Thanks for the comments. I have a background in architecture, so I have tried to pay attention to aquascaping and general layout. I hope it has paid off. :?:

I know what you mean. THings were pretty stale here for awhile. Each of the few stores decided to "price fix" so to speak. You could not find a decent piece of coral at a reasonable price anywhere. Now I can frag my overgrown items and trade them for decent credit on reasonable priced corals.
