I have just purchased a blue regal tang from my lfs. and it rubbs itself against my live rock periodically. I have checked my water for nitrates, ph, ammonia, nitrites, phosphates and calcium and all levels are great. my blue damsel was picking on him yesterday. i have a uv sterilizer, fluval canister filter, sump with bioballs, 2 402 powerheads and a home made protein skimmer. I have heard lots about garlic soaked food. how do i do this? do i add the garlic with the food at feeding? or do i just soak it and then just feed the frozen brine? please help P.S all of my other fish are o.k

You can get those garlic extract (not garlic oil) in the health store and soak flakes in it before feeding.

Can you give your tank parameters, (size, filtration, age, other fish, etc?)

Also, they are prone to ich. Neon gobies do a good job of reducing the infestation.

Damnhippo is right.
Soak the flakes for 20 minutes or so and put the soaked flakes in the tank.
Feed often and feed only garlic extract soaked foods as the idea here is to get as much garlic into the fish as possible
