good shopping day!!

Lately I've been trying to go to different LFS in my area or even ones which are a hour away. Today i went to one that first off had 50% off all fish and inverts. I was asking the owner why he was selling off what he had and it turns out that the stand(s) that all the tanks are on top of are starting to break so he's breaking down the whole system out of fear that it will come crashing down and redoing it slowly. I bought a cucumber, tuxedo urchin. nice peice of Xenia and candy cane coral for $45 total he then gave me a open brain coral that wasn't doing too well. As I talked to him he told me if I came back later on he would sell me one of the 40 gallon breeder tanks with a built in overflow for $8 and I got a 4 foot long JBJ PC fixture that is used for $20 with the bulbs. He Also was telling me that the 4 large tanks he has ranging from 150 to 180 gallons were all for sale for $75 you just have to provide the muscle to carry them. My wife was with me and I got the eveil eye after I heard about the $75 tanks. It was just a good fish day and I had to share it.

The 180 I can only wish for but I'll probably go back on Monday and pick up a 40 gallon tank or two and HOPEFULLY a another PC hood.
