I was wondering if there is anything wrong with my lion fish eating the formula 2 (the green stuff) I use to feed my tangs. He seems to like it. Thanks!

its good to diversify your fishes food. think about it does a fish in the sea eat the same thing every meal? of course not. try mixing in some mysis shrip or formula 1.
Captive fish will often like to eat what is not really their normal diet, although if I remember correctly Formula 2 also has meaty stuff in it as well as vegetables.
Just make sure he gets meaty foods in his meals too, the variety is probably good for him.
Mine used to eat F2 as well. It's good stuff. They are designed to mostly handle meats though, so I will make sure your still feeding it a balanced diet that includes meat of some kind.

i aclimate my lionfish over to frozen foods and the 2 larger ones in with my tangs loves big cubes of lifeline green.......... unthawed somewhat........
not frozen but not mushy!
