There are several sumps on the market... most of them I see are for freshwater and they have bio-material in them(unneeded)
But unless you can afford them, your best bet would be to just use an aquarium or a plastic storage container of some sort.
With just an aquarium, 5 pieces of acrylic, some eggcrate light diffuser, and about 45 minutes... You too can have a DIY sump.
And this one will be taylored to your needs, rather than you working around the design of the sump.
Look at it this way, you will have to do the plumbing yourself anyway. And that will take some time to get the flow adjusted anyway. So why not make sure you have one that is really functional for you and your particular filtration equipment.
 Why not something as simple as a 55g glass tank? You can probably find a used one relatively cheap, and it has nearly the same dimensions you list above.
I got my sump custom made by the same guy who made my tank. It's approximately 80 gallons and an odd size. 58x17x21. It cost me $340 with splits, holes, and bubble traps included. Just a rough idea of what they cost from a tank maker.
IcantTHINKofONE:
Who did you buy from? Thats what I'm looking for, someone to build or sells pre-built. I have an old 45G tank and thought of making it my sump but I cannot drill it and I would have to add several dividers. I just want to buy a pre-built sump.
Thanks,
John
I bought it at Thousand Island Aquariums on Utica Avenue between Avenues K and L in Brooklyn, New York. I get everything from this guy. Their number is (718) 241-6688. Ask for Eddie, he's the guy in charge of making tanks/sumps. He does great work! And he will sit down with you and draw it out however you want. Quality stuff too! He doesn't use cheap acrylics and silicones like most tank makers. He uses high grade materials.
