I just moved all my stuff from MI to my dad's garage in MO. I will be setting up a new tank in my house once it's completed sometime in October.

I plan on getting it completely setup and running prior to moving anything from my dad's so I'll be needing to make a new sump.

I need a contact to drill 1 3/4" holes in the glass for bulkheads. Any leads or suggestions would be appreciated.

Also where's the good fish shops in KC? I know I'm going to miss living next door to tropicorium!!!

can't help you with any specifics, but I would look in the phone book for LFS or Glass Companies or even a Home Depot and call them to see if anyone can help.

I live in Shawnee and have had harmon glass drill and cut glass for a couple of projects. The one at 63rd and Neiman has been friendly and reasonable to me.

Harmon glass at 64rd and Neiman is great to deal with. I special order all my Starfire PPG glass "tempered" for all my tank tops, and I have asked them if they drill tanks and they said yes! Also Jimmy at Overland park pets drills them for like 75.00/side and includes the overflow and silicone work.

I can't remember the guys name at harmon but he is a big fella with red hair! Very nice to deal with.

Thanks for the leads! I'll be checking them out once I'm finally permanently located there.

So now that a few KC people have popped up, How's the frag trade scene?

Suckair,
I'll be interested in doing some trades as soon as I get fully established. I lost a couple of nice colonies in the move so far. Hopefully once I get my tanks back in control I'll be ready to do some trades.

The South down question is a good one. Although, I have about 200 lbs hidden in a storage building in Concordia, Mo that I brought from MI. It was purchased in the Cleveland area. Sorry it's not for sale as I've got a big tank to setup.

Any good leads for livestock? SPS? Thanks again for the replies!
