Keep loosing the siphon

Keep loosing the siphon. Every few days we have to take the hose off the overflow & get it to siphon. It's hooked up to a maxijet powerhead. Any ideas?

I'm gonna guess it's not enough flow... maxijets can't run overflow boxes at enough flow and air bubble accumulate at the top eventually breaking siphon. As chucker said, more info would be helpful.

Also, are you using a venturi adapter on the maxijet or how is it connected to the overflow?
