First take out the live rock. If you ever need to treat a fish, you don't want to ruin your rock. I use artificial plants to create hiding places and then once treatment is done i can scrub them really good. A lot of people recommend a glass bottom (it's real easy to clean and the chance of a toxic build up is reduced), but I put down a thin layer of argonite. It seems to make the fish a little less stressed; that's arguable and up to you. Use a submersible heater, at an elevated temp. and lower your salinity. You also need to change the water more frequent. Most important, be patient. The longer you quarintine a new fish the less chance it has of getting sick in the big tank (not neccissarily, but as a general rule). Good luck, but you are bypassing one of the most common aquarist pitfalls. Not setting up a quarinteine tank!
