I just received my new chiller. It's CSL 1/2HP, and I got it from Foster and Smith, I even get overnight shipping free (CSL website says the darn thing is 96pounds).
Huh, obviously there maybe a basket calculation glitch. I've ordered Life-A and some water plant baskets together with the chiller. On the website, the chiller is free shipping and the others are not. Their chiller must be programmed as shipping free in the final calculation screen as I select overnight shipping just to play with the numbers, and found the shipping charge did not calculate properly! Obviously, I made a wise choice quickly.
Yep, it's the Fedex standard overnight label from WI to CA. The total shipping charge is $19.14.

While what you wrote sounds reasonable, it is really not. How are we going to prove one way or the other?
On the other hand, no reasonable business is going to talk to some one who call up discussing problem about another customer. All the in and out of the dispute to a total stranger as he detailed in his post right after he joined Reefs.org. I am sure if you can determine, this will be the first time ever he even view this BB.
Certainly there is no doubt in my mind what Dewman point out is correct.
