I was wondering if anyone has a program or a website that i can visit to help me build my very own webpage. please help thank you Patrick

Macromedia Dreamweaver is probably the best program for that.

Try Microsoft's Front Page... works like a champ for me... Most Free-be web sites wont support Front Page extentions, which means you'd have to create it localy then FTP it over...

along with folks to help you learn, there is a vast selection of informational sources from which you can learn some html. (i am positive there are at least a couple to be found right here!) there are indeed many free sites, one of the being http://www.subdimension.com
however, the only reason i'm linking you to this place is because i've met many of the people who have helped me on many occasions. this site has been having many problems the last year or so, bad enough that you had better be certain to have everything backed up.

i think you get something like 10MB with the userpages.
