Wow, just came from Tropical Showcase in Hicksville. He just got in a boatload of Fish, healthy fish. He is also making a run at Corals.He let me unload them into his his tank, right out of the boxes. Man that was fun. He has some real nice stuff. Worth a stop in this weekend. Let me know what you think.

Froggie, do you think that LFS's have the time and space to quarentine corals ???? Or even fish.
When you do it right and get your stuff from good sources for over 15 years, you know how to do it right. Tell me what LFS you go to that gets in 30-40 fish and puts them into quarentine for two weeks ??? It can not be done that way, I see you have almost 2000 posts ,but think it through....

I don't know that side of the business but it's nice to get some clarification. Wasn't accusing anything, just wondering. The times that I've been to NWA when they have new shipments, I do see them drip and quarantine (in the basement). Maybe not for two weeks, but some form of quarantine. My knowledge of the sell side of this hobby has been limited to talking to few LFS owners and friendships with online vendors. Hey, to each LFS his own...if it works for them then kudos.
Perhaps I'll stop by Tropical Showcase and check out their stuff, see how they operate.
And ~2000 post don't mean jack, I just like talking
