I would like to see one up close. If you light it, it would make a very good place to grow turf algae. I have seen biowheels used in that manner, and this would work as well. If you could deliver the water in a fashion that would allow for lights over it, you could have an ATS in your sump.

Are you off your rocker! This has been tried , but the algae cause the "rocker" to become off ballanced and " off its rocker so to speak"

Actually being that Kent marine is just down the road, We{ our store} have talked with them about the bio rocker a bit.......seems no one notices that the sump with the skimmer and two pumps and Cell pore block will only hold about five gallons of water.? But they did design the rocker part to fit atop a standard twenty gallon or 55 gallon tank .so you can get arond this
