I really cannot decide! Ahhh!

75 gallon with 20 gallon sump, which skimmer should I go with? Am I pushing the capabilities of these skimmers or should I be ok?

Thanks.

I would say the euroreef... I own a knock-off. The ASM -G series. It works great. Championlighting has them.... i know there is a nasty post on them now. I will look up another retailer.....I saved $90 by buying an ASM skimmer. (All Seas Marine) they are a major wholesaler dist here in So Cal.

I have the euroreef es5-2. I bought it off of eBay new for $198 with free shipping. IMO this is an awesome skimmer. I know premium has them for 198 also.

Thanks for the replies. Does everyone think the ES5-2 should be ok on a 75? It says it's rated for 40+, but doesn't really have a range.

I had a horrible experience with Championlighting.com..Without going into complete detail I will just say it involved the attorney general of PA, whom they have a lengthy file with, and they screwed me with my Credit Card so watchit..I second that nasty post you spoke of in an earlier post, BUYER BEWARE With Champion.com

I have the Urchin Pro for my 90g and am very, very pleased with it. Make sure you get the Mag3 pump and NOT the Rio 1400. According to AquaC, you get 20% better performance with the Mag3. I think the improvement is even great. Also, you won't have to worry about the Rio. :)
