Regal Tang inside of my Torch Coral

Is it normal for my blue regal tang to be swimming through the tentacles of my torch coral? The tang cruises around the tank, then hangs out in the tentacles for a few minutes, then swims around some more. The tang has only been in my tank for 4 weeks and is just now starting to stay out of hiding. He is the only fish in the tank at the moment. Is this normal behavior?

I've never seen a tang do that, but my 2 true perc do it all the time... They used to do it to my torch, and then moved on to my aveopora where they live in constatly.... Both the torch and Aveopra freaked out for a few days then seemed to enjoy it or at least tollorate it just fine.
