I feed an open brain and a hammer about twice a week. My SPS get nothing from me adding to the tank. Once in a while I feed GPs, but I can't say that does much. I think I have a lot of life in th etank supplying planktonic food for the acros.
My LPS eat a little meaty foods that fall on them during feeding time. I just dump some in above where the sit. They can go long periods of time with feeding, so you really don't have to be religious about it.
I started using DT's a few months ago for the SPS. I swear some of them are more colorful now.
