My new rose BTA is getting nipped at by my female clown. I've read former posts and apparently it's normal, but the anemone might not take it for very long. I separated him in a specimen container so the clown can't bite it. This happen to anyone else?? Will the clown stop eventually??

My maroon clown did not stop. A few days after the eating began, this is how my 5" rose looked.

I moved it to a different tank where it seems to be recovering some of the tentacles. I will post a new picture in a few weeks if it survives. I have been feeding it shrimp chunks which it seems to ingest, even without tentacles.

What were the size differences between the female and BTA??? My male is much smaller and he just dove right in but my female is nearly as large as the BTA.
