My tank is about 2 months old now and I have been adding calcium to the tank since the 3rd week. I am starting to grow some brown fuz on the rock as well as on the substrate. There is a little of lime green but more brown. Is this good algae or should I be worried?

to me. A natural cycle for a new tank. Keep your parameters in order and yours should go away a your tank matures.

Like Astreak said....normal. Ditto on the parameters thing as well.
