Advice on adding one more fish

Hi...I have a 29 G Reef that will be primarily Mushrooms,and Inverts except for perhaps two fish. I have a 2 1/2 inch Foxface,Brittle Star,Red and Blue Hermits,and Peppermint Shrimp. I want to add at least one more fish that will swim at all levels of the tank. Got any ideas? The Fox is eventually going into a larger tank but not for a few months.

I would say a royal gramma. Mine is a very active swimmer and a cool fish.

Wait until after you kick the foxface out, then maybe some firefish or even percula's. Just a thought.
