Well, your site is almost there. Looks nice but lacks in alot of ways.

Rule number 1, ditch MS Front Page. It sucks. do a HTML tutorial in google.

Ditch the java menu on the side. Not everyone uses MS product and I don't use internet explorer, thus your menu on the side doesn't even exist. So I can't navigate it.

( I know this sounds over kill, and don't take what I said as an insult. Rule of thumb when making a web site is to try and make it viewable for everyone )

Colors are a bit muted, but it makes the fish/coral pics stand out a bit.

I also agree on not using Frontpage, as it tends to put extraneous code in that can be hard to edit when it comes time to update the page, but you made it look pretty good.

Overall, a very good effort, but with plenty of room to learn. If you want to make working with webpages a bit easier and less heavily coded, you can expand your HTML skills and perhaps look at other web development software such as products from coffeecup.

Thanks for the tips guys. I removed the java buttons so that everyone will be able to navigate the site. I will look into using another program to develop pages. I have been learning dreamweaver and fireworks and I am liking them so far. Have a great night.
