How long have you been Reefkeeping for?

I've had salt water fish tanks for 23 years, first reef set up 3 years ago. Many mishaps with poor tank design, power outages and heat waves before owning chillers...but can't seem to stay away from the hobby. I just love my tanks.

I had a reef from 1991-1996 and just setup another one in May 2002...finally stopped moving

14 years of multiple reef tanks ALL those years- (except for the first 4 months with only one reef tank )
Been hooked since I saw my very first one--
and need to find a Reef & coral anonymous group somewhere.
If I didn't have this shop, would not have room for a bed in my house cuz all the space would be tanks -TANKS and more Tanks

Remember when I spent $1,400.00 for a Platinum Plus trickle filter with all the built in reacters etc- All those controllers/monitors/reacters etc are now moldy in my basement. Got up every half hour for nights, just "checking my ORP" !!
Glad those days are over- :lol:
Times and knowledge about this hobby have really changed .
