I bought the new Arctica chiller and got it going a week ago. This is 1/4 hp. I'm using it on a 110 tall tank. My lighting is 750watts MH. And 384 watts VHO. The temp was getting up to 85 degrees without it. I've never had a chiller before, but I'm impressed with this one. I just set the temp for 79 and it only kicks on about 3 time through the light cycle to keep it there. It only runs for around 2 hours per day total. Its about the size of my computer tower. And it is quiet. My computer is louder then that chiller. I here about how loud chillers are. You cant here this one when its on.
