I was looking at their 55w pc actinic bulbs (german)..... has anyone purchased these.... how do they look. i have ordered other stuff from them. i am just looking for a second opinion...

I have the 55 true actinic from hellolights and I like them a lot.
They give a nice glow the corals.

Are they a good quality bulb? and who makes them? does hello lights make them?

I don't know who makes the bulbs for them,
but they are true 03 actinic bulbs.
They lean toward a purple tint versus blue.

I purchased a 4 x 5 watt PC retro about a year ago and the actinic bulbs were shipped in their coralife boxes. I don't know if they use those exclusively or if they buy from a vendor who gives them deals on different brands at different times.

OK, i think i am gonna give them a try..... if worst comes to worst i can use my 7100k bulbs.
