I sent an email to M3 (Moonlithe Marine Monster, marine-monster.com) to check on an order that was placed back in June. I sent another reminder to them in July. Neither email has been replied.

Today, Out of the blue, I received an reply email on the last reminder I sent to them:
Jimmy,

M3 has undergone a management reorganization. Your order will now be handled by Marine Depot (www.marinedepot.com). This M3 product will resume shipping in approximately 5-7 days. Would you still like to receive it?

I guess it's a buy-out rather than merge. I declined on their offer to ship me items that I ordered 4 months ago. In fact, I don't remember what was it that I ordered......................

wow...i got the exact same email yesterday for an order i placed 2 weeks ago. i tried calling to get a clarification (if MD is handling their orders, why would M3 be sending out my order in 5-7days???) but there was no answer. i cancelled the order and placed one directly with MD. however, i ended up ordering a hexo-manifold from Florida Driftwood (that was one of the items that i had ordered from M3 that MD didn't carry), and the owner said that he was unable to contact M3 either and didn't know what the deal was...thought they might be out of business. i would suggest to others thinking of ordering from M3 not to do so until there's word that everything is back to normal. FWIW, several emails that i sent M3 during the past month weren't returned either.

MarineDepot.com finds most of m3's recent customer service and order handling inexcusible and atrocious. We completely understand that many people are justifiably very upset with m3.

In the past, more than 97-98% of MarineDepot's customers enjoy same day shipping when orders were placed before 7PM EST M-F. The same should apply to m3's customers in the future. We will truly work hard to make this a win-win situation for both MarineDepot.com's and m3's customers.
