Curious as to how large of a tank these skimmers can actually handle with some efficiency. I currently run one on a 56 gal FOWLR. It has the mag 3 and does a very nice job. I'm upgrading to a 120, and since the skimmer is only a little over a month old, I hate to not use it. Would it be suitable for this size tank, with say a mag 7. The proposed set up will have a 5 inch dsb with over 100 lbs of LR. There will be 3 average sized fish. Is it workable? Would I need supplemental filtration, or should I plan for another larger (and more costly) skimmer. Thanks in advance. Is anyone usoing this skimmer on a larger tank and if so are you getting satisfactory results.

Using a Mag7, modified highrise collection cup and surface skimmer attachment, I wasnt happy at all with my RemoraPro's performance on a 30g stocked reef tank. Considering that 75% of its main body is just a big bubbletrap it sure is very far from a first choice on a tank as large as the one you are planning to set up. Look into an upgrade in my book, a skimmer with a large reaction chamber should be something to look into.
