I need your help identifying a critter found in my sump/refugium. I've been looking on the boards and web in general and haven't found an ID for this thing.

It's pretty neat looking which scares me! Sometimes when things are hard to identify and they look "neat" they tend to score low on the reef friendly scale!

I hope to include a couple of images here in fairly low resolution so they aren't too much of a bother to download. If you have an idea and want a better resolution image please let me know.

If you could help me ID these things it would be great.

Discription:

Critters slide/glide over surface in a sweeping motion. Translucent in color. They are about 1/4 inch long. I found one on the glass about a week back and last night I found three.

Thanks for the help,

Ted

It looks like a flat worm, but this is not the kind that people report in plague numbers. Algae eater I believe.

I have flat worms just like that in my sump. They keep the glass squeky clean and I have never seen them in my show tank.
