The Home Depot on Route 50 at 7 Corners has a lot of Southdown Tropical Play Sand. It is kept outside with the other mulch and chips and concrete. I'm sure it has a lot of moisture in it from being stored outside, but I picked some up anyway for my new tank set up.
I called before I went and the guy told me that they probably didn't have it, he had never heard of it, but that I "could come and check to see if I could find it". It's actually not stored with the other play sand, it's stored with the other Southdown products. If you have any questions about where to get this, email me.
